What does "unlimited IT support" actually mean?
Unlimited means you can contact us as many times as you need during your subscription. There are no caps on tickets, calls, or messages — if you have an issue, we're here to help.
What kind of issues do you support?
We help with most everyday IT problems, including: slow computers & performance issues, Wi-Fi & networking problems, laptop, PC, phone & tablet support, email setup & troubleshooting, software installation & updates, virus & malware removal, printer setup & fixes, and general tech guidance & advice. If it's tech-related and can be handled remotely, chances are we've got you covered.
Is the support remote or in person?
All plans include remote support only. If an in-person call-out is required, this will be discussed with you first, quoted separately, and charged outside of your monthly plan. There are no surprise charges — you'll always know the cost beforehand.
What happens if you can't fix my problem remotely?
We resolve around 95% of issues remotely. If something can't be fixed remotely, we'll clearly explain why, advise on the best next steps, and recommend solutions or third-party repairs if needed. There's no extra charge for this guidance.
How quickly will I get help?
We aim to respond within 15 minutes during business hours and within 1 hour outside of business hours. Response times may vary slightly during peak periods, but we always aim to help as quickly as possible.
Can I get support for my whole household?
Yes. Our household plans cover multiple people and devices in the same home. Whether it's your laptop, your partner's tablet, or your child's phone — we've got it covered, based on your plan limits.
Can small businesses use this service?
Absolutely. We offer dedicated plans for sole traders, startups, and small businesses. Business plans include additional features like business email support, device onboarding, and priority handling.
What if I only need help once in a while?
That's completely fine. Many customers subscribe for peace of mind, knowing help is available whenever something goes wrong. Even if you only need us once a month, you still get unlimited access.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Ever. Remote support is included in your plan. In-person call-outs are not included and are charged separately. Any additional costs are always discussed and agreed in advance. Transparency is a priority.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time to better suit your needs — whether you're adding more devices, people, or business services.
